She then returned to University at Buffalo for her pediatric specialty training at the Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo. Dr. Jessica loves working with children, because she loves to have fun no matter what she is doing. The most satisfying experiences have been when her young patients tell her that coming to the dentist was one of the best days ever. In her free time, Dr. Jessica likes to travel, swim, and skate. It is her goal to provide high quality dental care to children in a caring an compassionate way. In her free time Dr. Kapp loves to read a good book, knit for charity, expand her cooking skills, and try out new restaurants.
Dr. Maria Velasco - Children & Adolescent Dentistry
Dr. Velasco provides comprehensive dental treatment to children and adolescents. “I love working with children and adolescents. I strongly believe that starting good oral habits at an early stage is the key to the oral health of an individual for their lifetime. That’s why I like to help young patients with their restorative needs at the same time that I teach them about preventive methods and healthy options for their dental care.”
Dr. John Park - Children & Adolescent Dentistry
His area of research involved studying the effectiveness of dental screening programs at targeting the high risks patients with limited dental access. “My mission is to get kids off to a great start on the road to a life time of good dental health. Each and every day I am committed to provide a positive and educational experience for both the children and their parents.” John’s interests include basketball and volleyball and he has recently picked up yoga. Dr.
Feibish graduated from Rutgers University and then attended
Temple University School of Dentistry where he graduated with
honors. After Dental School he went on the Columbia University
Post Grad department and earned an advanced degree in
Orthodontics. 
Dr. Scher has been our
orthodontist at Dental Care of Stamford for over 18 years.
With four children of his own, Steve is great with kids.
He is one of only 20% of orthodontic specialists who are
certified by the prestigious American Board of Orthodontists.
In addition, he has received the Roth Williams training, making
him an exceptionally skilled orthodontic specialist. Dr. Scher is also certified in Invisalign, the invisible
braces.
Dr. Jessica Levy grew up in Westchester, NY,
and attended New York University, where she studied child
psychology. She graduated from University at Buffalo School of
Dental Medicine, and went on to complete a general practice
residency at Westchester Medical Center.
Dr. Dana Kapp graduated from
the University of Pennsylvania school of Dental Medicine. After
dental school Dana joined Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn
to pursue a career in pediatric dentistry. Specializing in
pediatric dentistry was an obvious choice for Dana because her
best days were always those spent working on children in the
pediatric clinic.
Dr.
Velasco graduated from Montclair State University and
then attended the University of Pennsylvania School of
Dental Medicine and Graduate School of Education where
she graduated with a dual degree in dentistry and a
master in education. After Dental School he went on to
the Columbia University Pediatric Dental/Post Grad
department and is in the process of earning an advanced
degree in Pediatric Dentistry. 
Dr. John Park was born and raised in
Vancouver Canada and graduated with a DMD degree at the
University of British Columbia. Because he always
enjoyed working with children he went on to complete his
post graduate specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry
at Stony Brook University in New York, USA. After
completing the pediatric dentistry training he returned
to practice children’s dentistry in Canada.
However Dr John fell in love with America and it is our
good fortune that he has returned to practice here in
Connecticut.
